Feedback on the relevance and the suitability of the VocMat Model was vital to the success of the project. Three research exercises were carried out.
Initial Research to identify the barriers to training and skills gaps. View Research Report This also provided the information to allow baselines to be set for VocMat. View baseline report.
Phase One Review to assess whether the Model that had been developed was “fit for purpose”. View Interim Evaluation Report.
Final evaluation to assess whether the project had delivered against the Baseline that had been set following initial research.
Feedback has also been provided separately from the formal exercises from the Pilot Group and three of these have been developed into short Case Studies. The first is Elina Aro from Estonia and the second is Keith Kaye from the UK and the third is Eric Hints also from Estonia. Impressions of VocMat from some other members of the transnational Pilot Group can be found in Participants’ Feedback.
