VocMat Model
Flexibility through numerous mechanisms
Early research identified a number of mechanisms that could used in the VocMat Model although additional or alternative mechanisms can be added as technology progresses. View assessment form. These include:

- Workshops
- Video-conferences
- On-line forum
- Helpline
- On-line assessment
In addition to the VocMat Model, the project will develop a curriculum that is relevant for tourism managers throughout Europe.
VocMat Modules
The following modules were developed for a transnational group to test the VocMat Model.

- Tourism Marketing Management
- Operations Management in Tourism
- Human Resource Management in Tourism
VocMat Curriculum
As well as developing the VocMat Model and Modules, research was carried out to create a suggested curriculum for tourism managers across Europe.
